SpareKing.com: Our Policy on Returns, Warranties & Replacements

 

Thanks for choosing SpareKing.com. As specialists in a wide range of spare parts, we want our policies to be super clear. Please give them a good read before you buy.


 

Our General Policy: All Sales Final

 

For the vast majority of our spare parts, all sales are final. We don't accept returns or offer refunds. This policy is in place because spare parts can be delicate, require specific handling for installation, and sometimes, compatibility issues pop up if the wrong part is ordered. We always make sure all parts are new and in good condition when they leave our facility.


 

Specific Exceptions to Our General Policy:

 

While most sales are final, we do have provisions for two specific situations:

 

1. Warranty for Eligible Products:

 

Some products on SpareKing.com come with a manufacturer's warranty.

  • Warranty Details: If a product has a warranty, you'll see it clearly mentioned on its individual product page. Please check the specific product description for all the warranty terms, duration, and conditions.

  • Warranty Claims Process:

    1. Initial Assessment: For any warranty claim, you must first send a video and images of the issue, along with your Order ID, to our WhatsApp number: +91 898 9999 898.

    2. Approval to Send: If, after reviewing your evidence, we determine the product might be replaceable under warranty, we'll ask you to send it to us. You are responsible for paying the courier charges to send the product back.

    3. Final Decision: Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll make a final decision on the warranty claim. We'll then inform you of our decision.

 

2. Damage During Delivery:

 

The only other exception is for products or parts that are visibly broken or damaged during transit/delivery.

  • Immediate Notification & Evidence: If your part arrives broken or damaged because of shipping, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. You also must send clear photographic or video evidence of both the damaged packaging and the broken part as soon as you receive it to our WhatsApp number: +91 898 9999 898.

  • Replacement Process:

    1. Initial Assessment: After reviewing your evidence, if we approve the claim, we'll ask you to send the product back to us (you're responsible for return shipping costs).

    2. Final Decision & Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the damaged product, if approved, we will send you a new, identical part as a replacement.

  • Local Repair: Please note that we don't offer repair services or cover repair costs. You'll be responsible for getting the replacement part fixed or installed by a local technician.


 

Non-Eligible Items for Returns, Refunds, or Replacements (Even for Delivery Damage or Warranty):

 

Due to their fragile nature or specific characteristics, the following items are never eligible for replacement (even if damaged during delivery) or any warranty consideration:

  • Plastic spares

  • Mixer bodies

  • Cooler blades

We highly recommend inspecting these specific items very carefully upon delivery before accepting the package.


 

Important Notes for Customers:

 

  • No Refunds for Defects/Damage After Delivery: If a part gets damaged or is found to be defective after a successful, undamaged delivery (e.g., during your installation, or simply later on), it won't be eligible for return, replacement, refund, or warranty claim unless it's explicitly covered by a product warranty mentioned on its page and follows the above process.

  • Customer Responsibility for Compatibility: It's entirely your responsibility to make sure you order the correct part for your appliance. We can't be responsible for parts ordered incorrectly.
