Thank you for shopping at SpareKing.com! We aim to make your shipping experience as smooth and efficient as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times might be a bit longer. Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a notification.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery across India. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method:

Courier Service: 3-7 business days (estimated)

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (estimated)

Transport Service (To Pay): 1-7 business days (estimated), Your transport details will be confirmed via phone call.

For orders valuing ₹5000 or more, or weighing 5kg or more, your parcel will be sent via Transport Service.

"Kindly be advised that transport charges are your liability and must be paid at the point of pickup or delivery. Should you opt for courier delivery, an additional charge will apply."

You will need to pick up your parcel from the transportation provider's nearest hub or designated location.

Please remember these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, unforeseen circumstances, or remote locations.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination. The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will always be clearly communicated on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier's website. If applicable, you can also track your order through the "Order History" section of your SpareKing.com account.
Delivery Address

Please make sure the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. This includes your full name, street address, city, state, and pin code. We can't be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at spareking2001@gmail.com or call +91 898 9999 898. We'll do our best to help, but changes might not be possible once your order has been processed.
Delivery Issues
We strive for perfect deliveries, but sometimes issues occur.

Damaged Package Upon Arrival (During Delivery):

If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please refuse the delivery.

If you've already accepted a package and then discover the product is visibly broken or damaged during transit/delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Immediately send clear photos and a video of both the damaged packaging and the broken part to our WhatsApp number: +91 898 9999 898, along with your Order ID.

As per our Return & Refund Policy, if your claim is approved after initial assessment and physical inspection (if requested), we will send you a new, identical part as a replacement. You will be responsible for local repair/installation costs.

Important: Plastic spares, mixer bodies, and cooler blades are NOT eligible for replacement, even if damaged during delivery. Please inspect these items carefully before accepting delivery.

Lost Packages: If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at spareking2001@gmail.com or +91 898 9999 898, and we'll investigate the issue with the courier.

Delivery Delays: While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays can happen. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we'll help track its status.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it might be returned to us. In such cases, we'll reach out to you to arrange for re-shipment (additional charges may apply) or discuss options.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
